Company Overview

Inner County Outreach is a faith-based, non-profit community organization with a foundation in Aberdeen Bible Church. Our purpose is to strengthen, nurture and support low income, at risk families, both as individuals, and as a unit. We work to empower families to overcome obstacles related to poverty, and to help them become self-sufficient, productive citizens. Our mission is to nurture families by assessing and addressing individual's physical, social and spiritual needs. Inner County Outreach (ICO) began providing services to the community in 1986 and became an IRS 501 (c) (3) incorporated non-profit in 1998. ICO provides programs that are stepping-stones to those struggling to improve their quality of life.
